60-minute, high intensity interval training combining a run on top-of-the-line treadmills with strength training. During the workout, you'll be switching from treadmills to floor.

50% treadmill. 50% strength training.
100% FUELHOUSE.

DARKENED ROOMS. BIG TUNES. PLENTY OF FUN.
Our trainers will provide accurate instructions throughout the whole workout. Watch out for beginner, intermediate and advanced training speeds. All physical abilities welcomed. Your personal coach will also act as your DJ, motivating you through pumped up playlists, pushing you to your best.
