THE METHODOLOGY
A workout with a focus on power, force, resistance and energy.
60-minutes of sweat-filled euphoria with the aim to enhance both your physical and mental health. During the workout, you'll be switching from lifting bars, kettlebells and slam balls to suspension training with TRX. Taking place inside our Boxing room.

50% TRX. 50% strength training.
100% FUELHOUSE.

DARKENED ROOMS. BIG TUNES. PLENTY OF FUN.
Our trainers will provide accurate instructions throughout the whole workout. Your personal coach will also act as your DJ, motivating you through pumped up playlists, pushing you to your best.

– Goal-focused workouts of pure power training

– High-volume weightlifting using bars

– Kettlebell and slam ball exercises

– Suspension training with TRX (to fire up muscles you never knew existed)

– Slower, controlled exercises with an emphasis on technique (expect for weight progression and a better form)

– Loads of EMOMs, AMRAPs and challenges
