Everything you know about the Just Lift workout, plus barbell bars, plates, kettle bells and slam balls. Ideal for those who want to lift heavy. Taking place inside our Boxing room.

DARKENED ROOMS. BIG TUNES. PLENTY OF FUN.
Our trainers will provide accurate instructions throughout the whole workout. Your personal coach will also act as your DJ, motivating you through pumped up playlists, pushing you to your best.
