JUST PWR WORKOUT

Our brand new workout with a focus on power, force, resistance and energy - taking place inside our Boxing room.

60-minutes of sweat-filled euphoria with the aim to enhance both your physical and mental health. During the workout, you'll be switching from lifting weights, bars and kettlebells to slam balls and suspension training with TRX.

Our trainers will provide accurate instructions throughout the whole workout.

Your personal coach will also act as your DJ, motivating you through pumped up playlists, pushing you to your best.

Suitable for EVERYONE regardless of experience.

– goal -focused workouts of pure strength training (AMRAPS, EMOMS, challenges)
– high-volume weightlifting using our Les Mills bars (don’t be afraid to load that barbell!)
– strength training exercises using our Les Mills plates
– kettlebell and slam ball exercises
– suspension training with TRX (to fire up muscles you never knew existed!)
– weight progression and better form
– slower, controlled exercises with an emphasis on technique
