30-minute of fat burning ab workout followed by 30-minute of dynamic flows that blend creative and challenging transitions and balances. Taking place inside our Boxing room.

50% ab workout. 50% stretching and mobility.
100% FUELHOUSE.

DARKENED ROOMS. BIG TUNES. PLENTY OF FUN.
During this class, you'll perform muscular reinforcement exercises for abdomen and back and release tension through stretching, mobility and rehabilitation movements. Our trainer, Marios C, will provide accurate instructions throughout the whole workout.

Suitable for everyone regardless of experience.

ABS PART – FIRST 30MINS
We will use a variety of different moves and techniques to target your upper, lower and side abs. Expect to work your abs through compound exercises which strengthen both the upper and lower body.

STRETCH PART – LAST 30MINS
We will perform movement patterns that flow from one to another, work on the body’s full range of motion, focus on opening the hip area and create shoulder stability.

IMPROVE YOUR PERFORMANCE
We recommend attending this workout once a week while combining it with other FH workouts. Being mobile has great benefits on recovery, it avoids injuries, it improves posture and, it allows you to perform and train harder.
